What personally-identifiable information is collected?
FSA collects personal information on certain areas of the Site when users register, register for freshstudiosasia.com newsletters and alerts, sign up for conferences and events, and participate in user posting areas (such as bulletin boards, discussion forums and surveys). Newsletters and Alerts
By registering for recurring FSA newsletters or alerts, you agree to receive on occasion other correspondence from FSA related to the subscribed newsletters and other FSA news and information that you consented to receive during registration. This type of information is shared externally only in anonymous, aggregated form for generalised user analysis or to enable third party agents to send e-mails to you on our behalf. You will be contacted by e-mail or otherwise only by FSA or it agents.

How can I access, change, and/or delete information?
You may access, correct, update, and/or delete any personally-identifiable information that you submit to the Site. You may also unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations on the Site. Complaints
If you have any questions or concerns about our collection, use or disclosure of personal information, or if you believe that we have not complied with this Privacy Policy or the Act, please contact us as set out below. The CEO will investigate the complaint and determine whether a breach has occurred and what action, if any, to take. Security
FSA has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorised FSA personnel and third party vendors are provided access to personally-identifiable information, and these employees and vendors are required to treat this information as confidential.
