Need

Fitness industry veteran Marty Barr was planning to launch a new 24 hour fitness studio brand to the Hong Kong market, with a focus on strength and conditioning.

He wanted someone to help him develop the entire brand concept, including name, logo, brand identity, and initial launch-marketing plan to not only stand out in the crowded fitness landscape in Hong Kong, but also, stand the test of time as the brand grew beyond the initial pilot of one studio.

  2. Brand identity toolkit for GO24 Fitness.
  3. Market research survey and customer segmentation deep-dive to inform pre-launch and launch sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Brand Values Workshop to ensure internal and external messaging of GO24 Fitness was clearly cemented in company operations, mindset and customer journey.
  5. Marketing launch plan and training of front-line sales and administration staff.

Need

After organically growing across Australia for 17 years, Avcair, a Brisbane-based, private aviation and charter company, had aspirations to expand the Avcair aviation offering globally.

Founder and CEO, Michael Cooke, and COO Phil Everitt, recognized the need to build and start implementing a multi-year sales and marketing strategy, incorporating the many moving pieces and revenue streams required for sustainable growth.

Fresh Studios was engaged as part-time CMO engaged and delivered

  1. Marketing audit and research plan, including audit of existing assets, platforms, brand values, key lines of business USPs and market research and competitor analysis.
  2. Create and launch sales and marketing straetegy to reflect new corporate direction for 6 new different business divisions.
  3. Source, vet and choose digital marketing agency partners to deliver against marketing plan and generate maximum ROI for the business
  4. Source, vet and onboard Business Development Manager to drive sales against key lines of business.
  5. Research, vet and implement cost-effective CRM system to link customers and future pipeline business with the sales and marketing framework in order to deliver the best level of customer service, engage, re-market and increase repeat revenue and referral customers.

Queensland Digital Association

Need

A group of Queensland ICT industry veterans who were passionate about the important role that digital technologies play in effective citizen engagement, business growth and government productivity, saw a pressing need for a collective and representative voice for the digital industry in Queensland.

Fresh Studios was engaged to

  1. Undertake a feasibility study to examine the current landscape, pressing needs, feasibility and viability of setting up an industry body.
  2. After completing the feasibility study, Fresh Studios put together the proposal and working business plan to blueprint and implement a peak industry body, which Fresh Studios named, The Queensland Digital Association, to represent the voice of Digital Transformation in Queensland.
  3. Develop and execute a key stakeholder ecosystem survey
  4. Develop and execute a launch plan for the QDA to build general awareness, identify key partnerships, drive memberships and build the base of constituents across the digital transformation ecosystem in Queensland.
